[Maven 2] Debugging the POM and the User Settings

Help, It Doesn't Work

Traditional debugging
- Comment out stuff from the POM or ~/.m2/settings.xml until you get a working version
- Re-enable entries until it stops working
Show me the consolidated POM
- mvn projecthelp:effective-pom
Show me the consolidated user settings
- mvn projecthelp:effective-settings

Use ant echo to show content of expressions

E.g.,
